Rachael Warner is a Brooklyn-based painter working primarily in oil on wood. Her work focuses on portraiture, exploring how a figure is constructed through color, shape, and surface.
She received her BFA from Pratt Institute and has exhibited at La Mamma Gallery, Lehman College Art Gallery, Equity Gallery, ARC Gallery (Chicago), Here Art Center and Plaxil Gallery at Culture Lab LIC, among others. She has attended residencies at the Vermont Studio Center and Byrdcliffe Artist Residency.
